I bought a think on ebay .
the seller had made the advertice soo he would not sell to my country.
i send him a mail , and he changed it .
i bought the item with but now .
When i wanted to pay with paypal , it wouldent work . So at last i just got his paypal mail , and i send him the pay direkt .
I have resived the item , and want to send my feedback to seller . But when i go to order details there is nothing , and when i go to the advertice it looks like i diddent pay , and it is not posibol to change it , and i cant send feedback .
the seller tells me the money is locked by paypal until the item is changed to resived !
what can i dol
