Cant "hide order" on my summary page

Hello, I received a partial refund from a seller and now the item shows "Your payment is pending" and the "hide order" option is missing from the drop down menu. How do I fix this? Thanks

I have exactly the same problem.  Partial refund completed weeks ago and I cannot hide the order.  I spent 15 minutes on the phone with ebay who advised they cannot help.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Solutions?

This happens antime you get a partial refund on an item but didn`t return it.  It is very frustrating & E-Bay can fix this but wont.  It goes away in the next quarter after it has been partially refunded.    This has got to be a glitch as I see no purpose of not being able to hide something to avoid clutter on your own page!!!!

Thank you so much tvmanred. Even though it won't go away immediately, it's good to have an understanding of when it might disappear. Your reply is much appreciated.

Same problem exactly. Some of us like to keep a tidy summary page.
Ebay constantly changing things. Many of these changes just frustrate us. You have to have patience when using ebay, especially sellers (my opinion)

Same issue with me and same response from E-Bay. Just want it gone from my summary page.
