When I go to the bottom of ebay to contact them, once I select a category, it does not give me the option to call them with a code. It gives me the option of a digital assistant and to ask the community. Any hlp would be appreciated.

I find when ebay only gives you those options after clicking on “contact us”, it usually means that eBay doesn’t want you contacting them in regards to that particular subject matter. They “feel” your issue can be addressed or solved thru their help pages and/or the ebay community forums.
I believe it’s only been this way since the whole Covid downsizing and agents working from home. Let’s hope that once ebay CS can operate at full capacity on site, that members would be welcome to call ebay on the phone for whatever reason they want... even for the stupid reasons.
