Cannot see images anywhere on ebay

Cannot see any images anywhere on ebay. Using Windows 10, internet explorer or Microsoft edge browser. Can someone help.  This has been going on for several days now.

Do you see images if you use a different browser?

If not, and you are using a VPN, try disabling that.

One poster indicated that a similar problem was solved after updating java (?) and rebooting. Not sure about the java connection, but perhaps the reboot allowed some other pending updates to install.

If the problem occurs on multiple devices on the same network, it might be worth rebooting common network devices such as a router or cable modem.

If the problem is only with Edge, try updating to the latest version:

Also worth trying: holding down the shift key while refreshing the page or deleting your browser cached images and files under browsing data.

I am not disabling my VPN, it is protecting ME from YOU.  it worked yesterday, this is the modern age and VPN is a modern safety feature. My Norton Life Life with VPN service is NOT WORKING with EBAY.

I have the same problem -  it occurs on both my Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines.  Disabling VPN does not help.  It is intermittant but very frequent - his is clearly an Ebay problem

If disabling your VPN (or using a different VPN) allows you to see images, then it would seem the problem is with your VPN, or at least between eBay and your VPN.

I notice you are registered in Australia. Are you having issues seeing images on the US site, or the Australian site? Or both?

If disabling your VPN does not help, there may be some other network issue involved.

Thanks.  It's an intermitant problem regardless of whether I access Ebay Australia or Ebay US.  I am going to access Ebay from a totally different computer next week - and with totally different software - to see if the problem is specific to my office computer's system.  I will post my findings.
