Thanks. It's an intermitant problem regardless of whether I access Ebay
Australia or Ebay US. I am going to access Ebay from a totally different
computer next week - and with totally different software - to see if the
problem is specific to my office...
I have the same problem - it occurs on both my Windows 7 and Windows 10
machines. Disabling VPN does not help. It is intermittant but very
frequent - his is clearly an Ebay problem
