Cannot make description, all writing tools are gone

The only options for writing a descripting are Bold or Bullet points, no other options available, there yesterday gone today.

If so, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in the original browser.

Tried Chrome and Edge and clearing cache ect. , my girlfriend said she is having same issue on her account also. The funny thing is in replying to you all the tools are there, just not to make a ebay description.
