Welcome page repeatedly comes up despite identifying the pictures correctly. As soon as I hit my seller page, I’m routed back to Welcome.

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. If that works better, try clearing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

Try signing in using a social media account if you have previously linked that with your eBay account. Or use the eBay app to link them.

First of all... thank you. How do I clear cookies from a single site? And, I tried the incognito and it said my selections on capcha didn't match -- twice! (I know what buses look like).

What browser are you using?

Most browsers will let you search for and delete individual cookies. That way you will not need to sign in to all the other accounts again.
