I have a work and home PC, on the home PC when I login I will get two 2FA options, 1. verify by email and 2 verify by text, the verify by text NEVER WORKS! but the verify by email does. On my work machine I only get one 2FA option verify by text and as I said verify by Text NEVER WORKS, I have check blocked numbers on my phone and this is not the issue, I have changed phone numbers to my wife's mobile number and still NO TEXT!, I simply cannot login to eBay on any additional machines.
I have also tried the mobile app and guess what 2FA option I get there, yep TEXT! only, I cannot contact eBay for support as there seems to be an endless loop of self help or only contact us if your criteria meets their specific requirements. Can anyone help PLEASE!
Home and work PC's are Windows 10 enterprise and I'm using Chrome, (have also tried Edge and Firefox).
I have tried linking Google and Facebook accounts but still only get the text option.
I have also tried numerous PC's running windows 7, 8, 10 and even 11, I can only login to eBay from ONE PC!.
