I am trying to sell my personal van. I'm not a "seller". It's just a one off situation. I have used ebay in the past though. I have payments set up so that ebay can bill me for the listing.
I have tried using the ebay motors app and also using a desktop browser. When I go to actually post the listing using the app, I get the message "unknown internal error". From a desktop browser, it simply rolls back around to the same screen...and simply never posts the listing. No errors, but just cycling back to the same screen.
I contacted a chat agent and they said that ebay was doing maintenance on the app and to use the desktop. But since that failed...what's next? I'm doubtful there was any maintenance though. The app still won't post this morning and there's no way a business like ebay would have such long down time.
Any advise is appreciated!
