Shopping cart has 2 items from same seller and showed discount for 2 or more items. But when go to checkout page, only showed 1 item. If checkout separately, cannot enjoy seller discount.

Are you sure the second pair (the white ones) were still available when you went to checkout? (they show only 1 left in the cart screenshot) I checked and they are still available.
If that isn't the problem, then it may be just another checkout/cart glitch, or may have something to do with the promotion (what, I have no idea).
Seller is in USA, you are in China, but screenshots show free shipping (seller is not going to ship a pair of golf shoes internationally for free) . Are you checking out with a US address (using a reshipper)?
You might try "request total" in the cart (at top to right of seller name), and have the seller invoice you. (although that may mess up the promotion discount and seller would not be able to adjust manually because of free shipping).
Actually, you would be better off posting this problem on the https://community.ebay.com/t5/Bidding-Buying/bd-p/bidding-buying-db board where there are posters better versed in the ins and outs of the cart and checkout. (I see you were already bounced to this forum from Member to member support, but I have nothing else to offer, and relatively few others read this board.)

This is a problem that eBay is aware of. I reported this problem a few weeks ago. A buyer had 9 items in the Cart to purchase from me but when they tried to check out, only 2 came up to be paid for. eBay was able to duplicate this issue but had no solution. They are having a problem with the eBay mobile app. and are recommending that buyers not use the app but rather go through a web browser to get to eBay to do their shopping -- or that they should use a desktop or laptop computer instead. A rep told me last week that are having a hard time fixing this problem. I'm sad that eBay did not let their sellers know what the problem was, and what we should tell our customers when they are having a problem buying from us.
