Be more specific. Did buyer requested change, no, do not do it. You are supposed to ship at the address that shows on label. Sometimes buyer do it so that they can submit a claim against you.
If you recently updated your username, try signing out of eBay completely and signing back in. This should allow the change to propagate fully, and may solve a variety of odd issues.
