Cannot add to basket and pay it now options, though I have enough funds to buy these items.

I am a regular customer of Ebay, But recently I bought items and the transaction went through, but to day I am trying to buy an item of which I sufficient funds for, but Ebay is not letting me add to basket or buy it now option.

can you please help me resolve this issue, because I think that my account is being hacked or has already been hacked.

I see you are registered in Malta. Do you normally make purchases on the US ebay.com site, or do you typically use a different country site, such as ebay.co.uk?

Not being able to buy or pay for an item might be an indication that the seller does not ship to Malta. Even if you have a shipping service in the seller's country, the seller may not be set up to receive payment from your bank, particularly if your seller is new to selling and has not had many buyers from other countries.

If you are sure your seller ships to Malta and can accept payment from your bank, try using another browser. Lately some users are having problems with ad blockers preventing pages from loading, so if you use one and are having problems, try temporarily disabling your ad blocker on eBay.
