I'm guessing that this is yet another partially implemented eBay feature. Try as a i might, i cannot add a vehicle to 'My Garage',. I enter the registration number, it locates my vehicle and displays the correct data and gives one option 'Go' which does precisely nothing! eBay, if a feature does not work, please remove it. I went elsewhere to buy my parts.

How many vehicles do you have saved already? If ten, you will need to delete one to make room for another.
Since you are registered in the UK, you should be using the UK garage link:

I only have two vehicles registered, trying to add a third. I am using the UK link obviously. Makes no difference, still cannot add the third vehicle.

It is not a number limitation; I was just able to add four vehicles using the UK garage link by model number. I am using the latest version of Firefox on a Windows 10 machine.
Try another browser to see if that makes any difference when adding a vehicle -- some browsers (or browser plug-ins or settings) might cause a problem with some features.

After four years since your post I am still unable to add my vehicle. Used to have two listed, removed both but am totally unable to add my new car. Now, also, when you go to 'Compatible Vehicles' and try to move away from Page 1 the site deletes all the [possible] pages. I have been trying now for four months!
No point in trying to use the ebay help/contact link as you simply get an AI response which is useless. Tried to contact an advisor and was given 'Estimated wait time' of 1 minute which, when I clicked on it, was changed to 16 minutes!
Ebay has completely lost interest in customer service.

You may want to try asking about this on the UK community site, in case there are some UK-specific issues involved:

eburtonlab,
do you know why eBay has never responded to this part of the community? It is striking that eBay asks us to post technical issues here, but then never responds or resolves the issues. This person has been waiting 4 years for a response. Do you work for eBay? Sometimes there really is a technical issue that only a person from the right eBay department can assess and solve. Why isn't anyone helping to get these technical issues resolved?

There are only a very small number of folks that work for eBay that participate in the community forums [and they all have @ebay in their usernames] and they typically only respond when directly called upon to answer a specific question that they can actually answer, or to make an announcement about policy. Otherwise they refer folks to customer service for help with individual account issues.

I fully appreciate this, but unfortunately ebay 'customer service' is virtually non- existent. Some months ago I did eventually manage to actually speak to someone, but he did not even know what the 'My Garage' was. He kept trying to help me with buying/selling a car!
My post was more to let others know that the problem still exists.
For 99% of my ebay transactions etc. I use a PC or laptop but I did come across a mention to try to resolve issues like this via the app. I have now tried this and am pleased to say that it worked first time and 'My Garage' is up to date whatever I use to log into ebay.
Many thanks for your response.
