Cannot Unsubscribe to eBay sending advertising to my email

I bought a camera two months ago. Everyday I get annoying advertising for a new 'coolpix' camera for sale from eBay. I went to Communications preferences and the unsubscribe option is not available. eBay will you stop this trash? I am sick of it!
