Cannot Send Invoices

Getting this again today when trying to send invoices ... "There is some technical error, please try after sometime".  Seems like it's pretty often anymore...and have had this same error message on different days. Why is this happening?

Others have indicated similar problems, but it is not clear how many have been affected, though.

I've been getting the same error message for a week.  I called eBay yesterday, but she could only "report" the problem.  Said it may be fixed in 10-24 hours.  Very frustrating!
