Cannot Print Shipping Label to United Kingdom: Jan 4, 2019

"We're having trouble printing your label.

We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 9998]"

I cannot print shipping labels to be shipped to UK, this morning.

Have tried several times, but kept getting above error messages.

Please assist. Packages needs to be shipped out before 4:00 pm (Central Time).

The shipping section on Paypal is too expensive for these parcels going to UK.

Appreciate in-advance for any assistance or direct me to the correct department.

I have resolved the issue. 

Error was too many characters on the address label.

Hi @songbirddu7 - sorry I didn't get to this sooner. 

You're correct that that error is because of the length of the address. The max limit on labels is 40 characters per address (though I'm not sure why we don't just say that ).
