Cannot Crop Photos when creating a listing on laptop.

Hi, Everything was working great yesterday. Today, when I am creating a listing using my laptop (loading photos that have been saved to my laptop to the listing)...I can rotate photos while creating the listing, but when I go to crop a photo, the system just shoots the photo back to the group of photos - never giving me any cropping tools. I hope this is a temporary glitch! Anyone else dealing with this? Any answers? Thank you! 🙂

@sunbracelet_2   Are you using the Quick Listing Tool that has a gear on the upper right of the listing page?  if so then other sellers are reporting this problem too.   

For now I recommend using the New Listing Tool in Seller Hub>>  

First save the listing as a draft and then sign up for Seller Hub while working from your computer to create your listing using the New Listing Tool. >

You will know you are using the New Listing Tool when you see the option to add a short video in the photo section.

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. Open your Draft here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts

4 To create a new listing go to your active listings page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.
