Cannot Create Store Newsletter for Markdown Sale

Trying to create a store newsletter to promote a 20% markdown sale that has 766 listings.  Yet, when I try to create the newsletter, eBay says that there are no listings in the selected markdown and to choose a different promotion.  So frustrating.

Something weird is going on with that promotion.

On this page I can find it and it says 700+ listings, but when I click on it there are zero listings.

Can you provide an item number that's supposed to be part of that promo? I'm wondering if a different promo is taking precedence.

Promo shows at the top of the listing above the photo, but when you click the link to see eligible items it once again takes you to zero results:

How long ago did this promo go into effect?

I'd typically suggest ending the sale and starting a new one from scratch, leaving 24 hours in between so there are no issues with indexing, but I get why you may not want to do that.

Figured out the issue.  It's a glitch centering on eBay's change from 500 items per sale to 1500.  If I keep the number of listings at 500 or less per sale, they all show up on the promotions page.  As soon as that number ticks 501+, they no longer show up.  Hopefully they will get that fixed.

I have always had this issue as well and it seems it has not been fixed yet. It's too bad because I'd like to promote the sales event I'm running for black friday this week.
