my account have been locked i have been asked to provide profe that it is my account and so i did... iaperantly it wanst enogh so they told me i need to talk to live team mamber to help me and gave me the phone number..

and so i did... but this stupid bot that keep answering say : we upgrading so we cant answer"...., or she keeps ask me why i called and i cant seem to figure what to tell her so she will transfer me to a real human being... instant she keeps ask question and saying to transfer you to the right person tell me your problem , after i tell her she says for help go to the web and hangs up... i need HUMAN help! what to do anyone know?

That seems to be the message you get if you call from outside North America or using an unrecognized phone number -- or at least others have indicated that.
