This is Thursday morning, 9:50 a.m., EST. Ever since yesterday evening I have been FRUSTRATINGLY unable to list any new items!
In Seller Hub, I hit the "Create Listing" button, which brings up the password log-in. Enter it. Then there's the Captcha verify identify thing. I do it. Next --- the eBay home page! I hit "sell" on that; same thing.
I called eBay "customer service" last night, and just now this morning -- they said it's a known system error that they're working on, and to try again in a few hours. Anyone else have this experience??

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. If that works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
If you are using Enhanced Tracking Protection or something similar, try disabling that on eBay, as it can cause verification loops.
Likewise, if you are blocking third-party cookies, try undoing that block to see if it makes a difference.

eBay has had major issues for over a month. I was a top rated seller I am barely selling one or two items a month now. I use to sale one to four items a week. I have been told they are looking at it for over a month. Meanwhile I am loosing money from things just sitting in my house and not selling. Everyone on forums says the same. Ebay sometimes acknowledges problem with views, sales their system and sometimes not. When they do they say they will report your account to tech dept. but nothing changes.

You are right. My THIRD call to eBay Customer Service got me a person who solved my problem (I'm on Google, on a laptop) --- I clicked on the 3 vertical dots in upper right, then clicked on "More Tools", then clicked on "Clear Browsing Data." That did it - I'm back to listing - phew! Hope this helps others who've experienced the same thing.
