In my eBay Store, and others, when I click on a listing from the eBay Store main page, I get this error: "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time" and the listing does not come up at all. This has been happening for the last 1/2 hour or so.

I just got the same thing when I clicked on a listing in my store. Hopefully a tech will see your post and fix it!!!

Is the problem still happening for either of you?
I can follow the links to your stores and open listings without any issues at the moment.
If the problem is a cache issue, then it is much more likely to happen to a seller reviewing their own listings via the store than to a random buyer unless the buyer has used the exact same link store link within a certain period of time.

I get the same error using chrome on Mac OS and iOS.

Are you able to view other sellers' listings via the same store link?
If the problem is just with viewing your own store links, try doing so in a private or incognito browser window before and after signing in.
If that works, go back to your non-private browser window and see if clearing your browser cache helps. Next step, try manually deleting just your eBay cookies.

I clear history and cache on iOS chrome. I can see the OPs store and listings fine. If I search and pick a random store I cannot see that sellers listings.

I had no problems viewing store links in Firefox or Opera, but I did see that error message when using Edge. I cleared the cache and manually deleted all eBay cookies using the lock icon to the left of the page address, then restarted the browser and signed in, and the error went away.

I have been having this problem since this morning. I cannot open listings in my store or any other stores. I called ebay this morning and have contacted ebay for business. I am using edge. There have been sellers in other chats with the same problem.

I can load your listings fine using iOS safari, using iOS chrome, after updating the app, clearing cache, history, and signing in again I cannot.

I'm still getting the same issue on Chrome. Cleared the cache, still showing. Firefox seems okay but I stopped using that because I couldn't see messages in it.

Nope. They are non-existent to even click on, at least they are on the page I looked at for the OP's items in firefox. (see screen shot) I can see the sponsored items in the listing in Chrome though and they open when I click on them.

It's funny that you never seem to have any problems when others report them. Rather than chiming in to say NBD, why not let someone who can fix the problem you think is in everyone's head answer?

Me, too, and it is NOT just you ... or me ... etc. It is an actual real problem despite what some people on this thread insist on insisting.

On Chrome. Happening to me on my own storefront and when I click on a listing from others' stores that I have never visited. It does not happen when I use an incognito window. I would just like this fixed rather than getting a lecture about clearing cookies, please, which is not something customers will bother to do! THANKS!!
