I couldn't find the tech-issue board so am posting here.
I cancelled a purchase from a customer and the ONLY choice on the cancellation flow was to issue the refund and "Relist for Free" (or something to that effect) ...
First, Sellers need more then "Relist for free" choices, especially for Auctions. But that issue aside ...
Next, a little later I went to find the relisted item so I could End it and Relist it when I wanted it Relisted ... low and behold eBay's programming had created TWO listings ...

Yes @coffeebean832 I have actually used that check box in the past, it was not there this time. I meant to take a screen shot of that cancellation processing page ... will try to remember next time ...
