Recently, I tried to commit purchase a item with a vendor who didn't ship to my country.
I talked to vendor and he changed to enable shipping to my country. I paid for the item, shipping and all.
Now my shopping cart is stuck with a item that I cannot or the seller can remove.
How can this be fixed? I don't want my account suspended or blacklisted. I've used ebay without any errors for years, but this is new to me.
Seller canceled the first order and its still in my cart, I can't cancel the order either.
I'd call ebay customer service phone number, but its gone.
Any help is appreciated.
