Canadian Invoices with taxes are incorrect

This problem is related to Canadian site users only.

Invoices for transactions that include taxes are incorrect. Line items for subtotal + shipping + taxes does not equal TOTAL.  Furthermore, the transaction "record" total does not match the invoice total either.  Since I send the invoice to my buyer, I would prefer the values to add together correctly.  

Here's a hint: The error is caused by missing the shipping tax portion.

 To set up a tax table:

1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.

2. Place your pointer over the Account tab, and then click Site Preferences.

3. Click the Show link in the Payments from buyers section.

4. Click the Edit link in the Use sales tax table section.

5. For any where province you want to charge sales tax, fill in the sales tax rate. If you're also required to tax shipping and handling in that province, select the Also charge sales tax on S&H check box.

6. When you're done, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you, but this has already been done and working fine for many years. The error I described is new. The invoice is correctly totalled, but the line items do not match this total, nor does the record for the transaction. In other words, the shipping tax has not been added to the tax line item.
