Can't view the cart or messages - getting error code: RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE

I've tried this on Edge, Chrome, FireFox on Windows 10 Pro (64Gb RAM), rebooted my computer, cleared cache, nothing works. I was only able to view my cart and messages on the App which is not my preferred way of shopping on eBay. 

What's going on?
