eBay sent me a message that was supposed to have a chat transcript attached, but I can't find any way to view the attachment. Actually, I can't see any sign that there even is an attachment.
I realized that this has always been the case with my eBay messages. A buyer once told me they had attached a photo to a message, and I was never able to see that either.
I tried a different browser, but the message looks the same with both.
Can someone tell me where I am supposed to look on the screen to see a link to the attachment?
I see there have questions like this in the past, but they don't have any answers.
Thanks.

I went to a folder I created for the two different chats that I've had this year to see what mine look like (don't recall an attachment but wanted to be sure), and the folder is simply empty. Nothing there. Poof. Gone. Not in my archives file either.
I guess they expire? I guess I have to manually archive them immediately instead of making a folder? Yet another one of the thousands of things we're probably able to know if we know exactly where to look WAY BEFORE we ever realize we need to know them.
Sorry I could not help you. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

It makes sense for them to expire. The problem is, I can't remember ever being able to view an attachment, even the same day the message was sent.
Thanks for trying ltldpr.

Do you have eBay messages sent to your email @ohio_usa_oldies ? The transcripts are usually attached to the email copy. I don't recall them being attached to the version seen in eBay messages.
