I tried to send a buyer a message but there is no way you can do this at the moment.
I called eBay and I was just told it was a site issue they are working to correct it right now.
I hope they can fix it soon.
Attention eBay: Be nice and pledge to us to take at least one month off making any changes. Better yet, how about 2 months? Or more?
Some changes are good and some changes are bad but it seems most of them are unnecessary.
Right now, I think the new message system really stinks and that was before I tried to type a message. But maybe after using it for a while, I will get used to it.
