Can't type anything into Item Description box

Bad enough that the blue See Full Item Description box is back but I am having problems this morning when trying to create a listing, it will not let me type anything into the Item Description box.

Anyone else having this problem?  Is there a solution.  Using Seller Hub and Firefox.

The first step in fixing any eBay issue, is to sign off, then back on. That will release session cookies.

If the issue still exists, try another browser. If the issue still exists, the issue is probably on eBay's end, or you have an account issue.

You can call eBay or contact them on Facebook.com/eBay or Twitter.com/AskeBay

If changing browsers helps, use a program such as Ccleaner.exe (free, google it), to delete the cookies and clear the browser cache, for your browser. This should fix the issue.

Note the Blue description button is controled by cookies. Doing the above will retrun descriptions to normal.

Thank you for your answer.  I had already tried every thing you stated and still not working on Firefox.  I am able to switch to another browser though and create listings.  I will try the ccleaner on firefox to see if that works.
