Can't subscribe to a store

Trying to subscribe to a new store and I get this message : "We will be back soon!"

Today was the start of the 2 new store levels , this is more then likely a glitch
Many of us with stores are showing store incorrect levels today.
They may be working on this rollout & it is just messing things up

Thank you @labs118! Yes, I assumed it was a glitch - just adding another Good Morning message to San Jose (which according to the messages in Community is not going to be such a good morning for them.)

Yay, the link is working now and I was able to subscribe to a Starter Store (on another account.) I used to have a Basic Store on that account and I missed the convenience, but could no longer justify that relatively small expense. I can live with $4.95.
