Can't see how many views for my items

This is one of the known issues disclosed yesterday.  For us, we started seeing it on 6/18.  Reported it and tried to get it resolved, but fell on deaf ears.

This issue has been resolved for many people as of yesterday afternoon including myself. I have had my views back since yesterday evening with no issues since. If you are still having the issue I recommend calling customer service to get your user name on the trouble ticket.

Yes.  I talked with ebay on Tuesday about many issues. This being one of them.  I was scheduled for a 2:30 call for yesterday for more discussion and follow-up with other departments.  eBay never called.  As of now, 11:44 am EST, this issue still is not resolved on any of our accounts.

And for the rest of us who have aiready been added to the ticket 1 or MORE times the problem with the views not only continues,but is at a constant!Waiting for an "announcement" that either say's were sitting on our hands doing nothing about it,and dropped the ball...we're sorry,OR,we've been hacked with a serious bug and out techs don't have the degree's to fight it!One or the other,the seller's with this ongoing (for 2 years now) problem are not being treated with any form of "world class selling" experience!!

eBay made the announcment yesterday.  Although they turned off reply options and deleted all of the replys after it became obvious the thread was going to get quite long and nasty.

Have you listed anything today? I have, and my view counters are intermittent (some listing views work, some don't)  on these new ones just like before. All my older listings can now get views, but the damage to those is pretty much already done with them all buried as of the result of having "0" or "--" views for days / weeks.

So I see that Ebay has admitted they "HAD" a problem......... They are "Sorry"  for the inconvience...... that some sellers had.  Well I am not convinced that the problem is fixed.  I still have some inconsistant view counters and some dashes on items Bids section.   I think the problem is more wide spread than they are willing to admit.  I dont believe that they read these forums regularly, If they do,  they dont respond? There have been a ton of threads about this problem and others that have gotten No repsonses.  Who has the time to schedule Tech support or talk to a CS represntative about these problems.   If Ebay could just stop trying to FIX THINGS THAT ARENT BROKEN then maybe this wouldn happen all the time.

Why do they treat the sellers like redheadded step children.......?  If only a few sellers were effected that means that they were BETA TESTING Some new site features, or something, and caused all this mess. 

Sellers are at the bottom end of the  EBAY food chain. 

The "Apology" doesnt change my opinion about the state of the Ebay selling market place.  Still mad and frustrated.

I have listed items today and yesterday and my views are 100% back now. And I even keep checking them on occasion and since this morning, I've probably checked about 3 dozen times total (mainly because I have listed a dozen items today) and only one time early on today did the views go back to dashes but one refresh of the page and they are all back. I never said it was 100% back for everyone but for many people it is so my guess is its slowly being fixed

Still can't see views. Makes it difficult to do business. I am disappointed that this  hasn't been fixed.  😟

I would certainly call ebay.  Ours looks to have been fixed going on 3 days now.  Been dealing with this issue since 6/18.

Mine has been out for about a month. Today it's now showing -- for veiws instead of 0. At some point Ebay will get it together.

Are you sure is fixed? Seems that classic view and seller hub are showing different numbers. Which one you use?

Not sure where the classic view is anymore for us.  We access it from Seller Hub > Listings > Active Listings.  No "-" in views.  FYI during the glitch we tested viewing a specific, newly listed item on two OS, 3 browsers and a mobile device.  Should have had at least 6 from this activity.  This item showed either 1 or "-" views during the glitch.  Then, 3 days ago, it went from 1 to 12 views.   For what it's worth.  Views are up as well as # of watchers and slight increase in offers.  The 4 day drought in sales is finally over, albeit, slowly trickling in.

As for traffic and impressions (as of 7/1) we can’t see a significant decline that we would expected if this was as serious as believed in buyers not seeing the listings.  As for how this issue and the others pertain to search rank, no one knows and not worth speculating.

We’ll see when Q earnings are reported and see if management reports these issues, if at all, as material events.

Well I thought the problem was over too..... but it has returned today.  Nothing but dashes where the views should be.  Although it was just fine for the last 3 days, then this morning gone again.  I still have watchers but No viewers.  This is in Classic View.  Clasic view /style is much better than the Active Ebay which is **bleep**.  I note that on the Active Ebay page views are still there or at least back for now.  I really think they are trying to force sellers to accept this new Active Ebay format.  Why do sellers Not have more say in whats going on?  Does Ebay even listen.  I send them tons of feed back.  It took Ebay nearly a month to admit they had a problem, and then gave a half hearted aplogy.  Saying they were sorry that the problem affected some sellers......
