Can't search by item #.

I could search by item # but now no results display. The only way to locate items by item # is by going to the listings tab and searching there. I have always been able to search by item # in the standard search bar.

Are you talking about seller hub search or regular search?

I just ran a test with seller hub search and it's working fine for me. Check to make sure you are using a valid item number, no typos or spaces at front or back.

If you're referring to regular buyer facing search and not seller hub, post the item number and I'll see if I can replicate your results. I just searched for a few item numbers in regular search and didn't have problem.

If the item is sold out you may have to switch to the sold filter to find it.

I never use regular search to find an item, I go directly to this URL adding the item number at the end.

If a newly-listed item appears in your active listings but you cannot search and find it by item number, most likely the item has not indexed yet.

It can take up to 24 hours from the last revision for a new listing to be indexed and appear in search. Until the listing is indexed, it can only be seen via a direct link.
