Can't revise listings, keep getting an error

I am not able to save about half of my listings.  I keep getting this error:

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

Inventory-based listing management is not currently supported by this tool. Please refer to the tool used to create this listing.

I have been looking around and everyone says to delete and relist items.  That won't work for me as I have too many items listed to do this.  Does anyone know what else I can do?

I am currently having same problem with eBay for the 2nd time this year. Earlier this year I had to end about 95% of my listings and relist losing all my sale and view history. I was told issue corrected, however I am experiencing same issue again. Today eBay offered no solution other than to relist. Supervisor no help either.
