Can't revise listings and add make offer option

I am unable to add the "make offer" option when I revise my listings.  The option isn't even there.  It automatically adds the option with my new listings but is unavailable for items I've already listed.

I have the same problem, and it doesn't always automatically add it to my new auctions.  There's no check box to add it with the new or revised fixed price listings.  Very frustrating.

You may have ended up in the new quick listing tool, If so I would get out of it under ebays new user agreement when you use this tool they will auto relist all your items

See if you can switch to advance tool & have all your options

To get out of the quick listing tool click on save & exit at the bottom of a draft .
In the upper right corner of the next screen there's a link for the Advanced tool
Then see if you will have all the options
