Can't revise Variations

I have tried for 2 days to revise my quantity, and price on my Buy it Now listing, and it simply comes up with a blank screen. Ebay is telling me it might not get fixed until Oct??? Anyone else having this problem? If so, please contact ebay AAP, as the more reports, the faster they will fix the problem from what I was told. Unreal!!

issue for me as of today and saying escalation to Tier 2/3 can take as much as 72 hours. why do we keep putting ourselves through this?! yes i think they no longer want to support variations and they simply want to mimic what offerup is doing. sad days ahead for selling on ebay. glad I don't own the stock anymore ...

I have read a few post about the compatibility function in eBay Motors not showing up in a new listing or an old one if you try to revise the listing.  This has been going on for over a week!   I have spoken to eBay reps about it at least twice.  Each time I was told that it is an eBay system error and they are working on fixing it.  I did read that one or two others cleared the cache in their browsers and this put the compatibility function back.  I did this also and it did, for one listing.  I repeat.  The function was there, after clearing my browser cache and deleting all cookies, etc., for one listing.  One!  I tried this with three different browsers.  I had the same result with all three.  Ebay, please correct / fix this issue.  I cannot list any items for sale while the issue remains.  .  .  Thank you.

Same here can't revise this is a major problem! Can't take out sold items. I am so sick of the problems here daily! Just gets worse and worse. Something changed starting over 10 days ago and screwed up everything. My drafts disappeared. I had around 1300. I have to refresh 3 times and sometimes they reappear. Sales dropped 80% and everyday now a system or technical problem... It was fine until as I said around 10 days ago.

It's now over a year since you posted this, but it seems the same exact glitch is back. For the past couple hours, when trying to edit variations, all you get is a blank screen.

I am having the same issue and it is infuriating. I have 800 listings to do and beginning to wonder if I should look elsewhere. Precious time being wasted. O:{
