Can't reply to messages?

Bought replacement filters yesterday and the seller messaged me to say they are out of white and only have blue, please respond to let us know if this is ok. No matter where I go or what reply button I hit I'm just taken to the eBay home page. I can't even get to my messages without going through the help section. I'm using the latest version of Chrome.

Are you using Chrome on a mobile phone?

Try using the eBay app to send messages.

Or try going to ebay.com and requesting the desktop site version of the page in Chrome using the three dot menu, and then going to your messages inbox.

Or use a desktop browser.

I have the exact same issue. Using the classic site didn't change anything.

Instead of the Classic site, try the Desktop site:
