When I get an eBay notification of a received message, the link sends me to a web page which shows the history of already sent messages in the conversation and with absolutely no way to reply to the last message! Does anyone know why this happens?
The work around is to go to the auction listing, then click contact, then click contact AGAIN! You are finally resented with the floating window which not only shows the message history, but with the ability to reply to the last message.
This is really annoying.
