It seems that I can't go through the pages of a search result. Example.... I search for an item. I scroll to the bottom and select the next page of results. The next page is the same as the first page. I can jump ahead to say, page 10, and it's still the same items that are listed on page one.

Any help would be appreciated

Same here, for the past couple days, is anyone at eBay looking into this??? People can’t buy stuff if only one page loads.

I am not having any problems of that sort in Firefox3.634 or Firefox31 (older versions) or Firefox52

eBay did change something recently though. In FF3.6.24 an existing search changed to 200 per page (it was set to 100 a couple of days ago), and there are new parameters in the URL I don't recall seeing before as I navigate through the pages.

I see the problem in the screenshot, but can't replicate it.

Tried the search for "woolrich womans sweater" in a basic raw search https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=woolrich+womans+sweater with no filters in FF3.6.24 and FF31 and had no issues. Navigates fine. No duplicating pages. Changed from my default "ending soonest" to "best match" and still fine.

left is page 1 of search with 25 items on the page, right is page 5 of same search......... the page isn't totally duplicated, but certainly the majority of the items are............

I saw the screenshots - just saying I can't replicate it in my browsers.

It may be happening to some, but not to me, and if it were widespread there would be a lot more howls (that's a pretty big problem from a buyer viewpoint).
