I know there are several threads for this already today, Just thinking that more threads make it more likely to be seen. Have tried to load bulk shipping for 2 hours now, on two different devices, after 2 hours of constant page refreshing finally was able to get 6 out of 70 labels.

eBay shipping labels are currently down. eBay is aware and working to fix it; there is no ETA yet.

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.
