Can't print packing slips

Keep getting this:  

Unable to load due to system error.

Please close the page and try again. 

Closed it, tried again, closed it, tried again, closed it, tried again..... write packing slips by hand.

Using the individual "Print packing slip and more" does not work for me.  I  still get:  "Unable to load due to system error.  Please close the page and try again." 😥

My work-around:  Open eBay using Stealth Mode or New Private Window.  That worked for me for at least one Invoice/Packing list.  Have not tried printing multiple Invoice/Packing lists yet. 😁

Started for us on the 19th, this morning the 21st problem is still ongoing. We are now getting an error message in German though, pretty wild stuff.

I use Firefox as my main browser.  It has worked fine until a few days ago.  I went over to Chrome and was able to print my packing slips one time.  Now it will not work, either.

I had German error messages also.    The fix for me was to clear cache, shut down computer, log back in, and then print as usual.  Until I did that I couldn't print directly from an order.  It worked for about a day and a half and then stopped again this morning.  I followed the same procedure, and it was fine again.  I think some people are having luck with switching browsers or using stealth mode, but that didn't work for me either.  There are a few solutions out there, that seem to vary for some reason.  But if you haven't tried clearing cache, shutting down, and restarting, then try that.

Clearing the cache did work for me, thankfully!  I noticed the German error messages and just chuckled to myself.  We pay a lot of money to receive messages we don't understand!  Just my two cents there...

I last tried yesterday,  5/22, same deal... Wouldn't work individually until I signed out and back in again.  Would be nice if eBay would fix some of this..... Over time, we've all gotten used to all of the glitches here, and trying to find workarounds.  Are there other sites with this many glitches???

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Most of the problems are on Firefox, edge and chrome a bit better, had the issues on multiple computers.

WORK AROUND: if you click on buy shipping label you will get a 'print packing list' option on the right side of your screen, at least this way you can print out something.

Try printing it with pdf and save, then open pdf and print. Works 99.99% of the time.

I'm having that problem right now at 6:00 PM EST.  I was able to download a PDF and print that.

When I try to print the packing slip in the normal way all I get is a blank page.

Try another browser. If that works better, try adjusting your browser settings that control how PDFs are treated. For most consistent results set your browser to open PDFs using a PDF reader rather than opening in the browser.

Day three still can't print packing slips.  I'm printing them now from PDF file.  I've been selling here for over 17 years.  I've never had this problem before.  I have no problem printing labels.  I have read other comments where this has been a problem in past years.
