I just had a buyer leave negative feedback. She claimed to not receive
her package, but tracking showed that she did. She opened a case, but it
was decided in my favor, and now she has left negative feedback. How can
I get this removed?
Clearing the cache did work for me, thankfully! I noticed the German
error messages and just chuckled to myself. We pay a lot of money to
receive messages we don't understand! Just my two cents there...
I use Firefox as my main browser. It has worked fine until a few days
ago. I went over to Chrome and was able to print my packing slips one
time. Now it will not work, either.
