Can't print label - "page cannot be displayed" error message.

Anyone else having trouble printing labels?   I keep getting "page cannot be displayed" error message instead of the label preview.    Have rebooted - waited ten minutes - still same problem.  "Troubleshooting" feature comes up with nothing.
