Can't print USPS shipping label. Anyone else?

The "purchase shipping label" stays grey. Turns blue if a switch to FedEx.

Sometimes that happens when there is something wrong with the ship to address. It could be a comma, a space or something very minor causing it. Edit the address to make it acceptable.

It could also be a typo in the measurements.  If it goes over a certain size, the USPS can't handle it and it must go UPS/FedEx.  This happened to me once and it was because I didn't erase the filled-in measurements and added my own numbers, making them all huge .  (12x10x10 becomes 112x110x110)

Found out it was because I did not have enough "available funds". Switched payment for label to paypal.
