I am so fed up with eBay I don't even know where to start!!! For the past 4 months, yes, you see it right, 4 months, I have not been able to print FedEx labels on eBay ever since they did their upgrade. Since that time, I have put in about 50 complaints and have asked numerous times for someone to get back to me and NOTHING! Give me some sort of update and still nothing! At first, they gave me a back way to use. I had to manually change some things in the address bar to be able to go to the "classic label" every time I went to print FedEx, but then, they took that away. The next step was that I had to call eBay and they had another back way that only they could do, but not all of their representatives knew how. So I would have to call multiple times until I got someone that knew how to do it, but that only lasted 4 days until that way was removed from their system too. So what did eBay tell? Your name is on the list of issues and that yes, they are working on it but you will have to go directly to FedEx to print your labels or use USPS. Easier said than done! If it costs me $20 to ship an item with FedEx and $40 on USPS, that takes away from my profit. For the last month, I had to open a FedEx account and even with this, I lose time and money. I have lost so much time and money because of this problem, it's ridiculous! If it costs me about $5 more to ship it USPS, I pay it just so I don't have the hassle of having to go to FedEx. Then to do it on FedEx directly, I have to manually transfer all the information from eBay to FedEx and that takes time. Then I have to call eBay to try and get back the discount that I should get if I were to buy the FedEx label directly from them, more lost time. And the holidays are coming and I don't want to still be with this issue.
I have been a member of eBay since February of 2002 though not as a seller since that time. I will say, eBay's customer "seller" service sucks!!! We, as sellers, are the ones that make eBay money and you would think they would take care of us and protect us, but NO, they protect the customer. It doesn't even matter if you're a Top Rated Seller. Even on a recent case, that I was told multiple times that I was protected and my listing clearly stated that once the item was used, it was nonrefundable. When I went to make a claim, that I was told I was entitled to, now they say I can't make the claim and I'm out $250. I asked to talk to a manager, they are never available, they said one will call me back in 24 hours, to my surprise, 24 hours came and went and no call!!! Ebay also took away their 14 days return with now a minimum of 30 days. I sell a lot of electronics and anything can happen in 30 days. I can walk into Best Buy or WalMart or Fry's Electronics or Target and purchase an electronic item and they will tell me I have only 14 days return. Even Best Buy on eBay has 14 days return on the same item that I can only do 30 or more. I've questioned them several times on this and they can't answer me. Or I was told that their system hasn't hit them yet to change to 30 days or more. It's been almost a year since they made that change. If this is true, is this the kind of time frame I am to expect to have my FedEx label issue resolved?!
I am so tired of this! Maybe eBay should stop using their money to advertise on TV and use it to fix their internal problems.
I am thinking about going to Amazon. I haven't hear about any issues with them from sellers and I can sell my products at a better price on Amazon too. Because eBay is not giving me much of an option.
Are there others out there with this kind of problem? Because some would tell me that they had not hear of this printing issue and others would tell me I'm not the only one, but it has become very difficult to believe what the people at eBay say from my experience.
Help!

Have you tried purchasing the labels through PayPal.

Also have you tried using different browsers or other computers to make sure it is not a outdated browser or OS that is causing the issue.

This has been broken for over a year. EBay is aware and blames the issue on a "new api" for printing the labels. Several of us have complained repeatedly and the standard reply, if you get one, is to do a screen grab and rotate the image and print. Pathetic.
The last reply by a blue stated that it's "working as designed' and they are aware of our desire to have this "enhancement" for FedEx labels. Yea. Right.

The reason I suggested trying different browsers or devices is to rule out the device you are using. That could be why they keep telling you it is working fine as your computer or browser is outdated and having issues.

I have been having this issue also. I get the can't create label:Internal error.
Numerous calls and support tickets with Concierge. I have tried on a PC, Mac.. IOS, Android every flavor of browser and I still can't make Fedex labels.
No problems with USPS labels but I ship large items and Fedex costs like half, this has cost me a lot of money and has been happening since November.
Is this happening for others?
