Hello. My problem is that I can't place a bit. When I click on the tab "submit bid" there's no tab "confirm bid". I discovered this yesterday when I tried to place a bid on an item. Today I tried again and had the same problem. As I don't have any unpaid items or disputes with sellers , I suppose the problem must be technical. Please, help me resolve this annoying issue.
