Can't make a listing

On my start page, I click "Sell" and then "Create listing" Then "single Listing".

It takes me to a page to log in, even though I'm logged in. I have to confirm I'm a human with 2 captcha **bleep** things, and then takes me to the main Ebay page  https://www.ebay.com/

I guess Ebay is telling me to sell elsewhere? No problem.

Other users encountering this problem lately have indicated that trying a private or incognito browser window can help. If so, try manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

If you are using Enhanced Tracking Protection or blocking third party cookies, try disabling that feature.

If not, you may want to try changing your password and then try listing again.
