I had a recent unpaid buyer that I added to my Blocked Buyer List. I looked at the Buyer Requirements Activity Log just now (here) to see if he was still trying to bid on more items (and if so, to make sure he was getting blocked), and the log shows that he did indeed get blocked in several bidding attempts today.
However, he only went on the BBL last Saturday when the Unpaid case was closed, and yet the log is showing numerous earlier bids of his as blocked as well. They were not blocked; he was bidding successfully in multiple auctions of mine as he was not on the BBL at that time.
It appears that when the Activity Log is compiled, it is listing every bid by every ID it finds on the BBL as being blocked, without regard to whether the bidder was actually on the BBL at the time the bid was made. In the case of the one guy I was looking at just now, he's listed 15 times, but was actually only blocked during his latest 4 attempts, after I added him to the BBL. His previous 11 bids were accepted, and should not be listed in the Log.
