Can't load pictures

When I try to upload a picture, all I get is a small green rotating circle. Happens when I try to "list a similar" or new listing. Have rebooted computer several times. Same result. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Try clearing your browser cache and if that doesn't work, try clearing all the ebay cookies in your browser.
