Can't list -- page keeps refreshing while trying to create my listing

Whenever I click "Save For Later" while creating a draft, the listing page seems to hiccup and instead of revising my listing, it refreshes the page instead, causing me to lose all the revisions I just made.   Sometimes it even happens automatically without me pressing any button, like it has a mind of its own.    I tried to work around by clicking "List My Item" instead of "Save For Later," but it does the same thing.

This is not only aggravating and annoying, but it is preventing me from listing items.    I tried it on two different computers, with two different browsers, and experienced the same problem, so it's not on my end.

The problem began only within the last 24 hours.

Problem is ongoing, though with a slight difference.  Instead of the page refreshing  and dropping attempted revisions in the process, now revisions are simply not accepted.   The page doesn't update or change to the "Your Listing Has Been Revised" message.     When I go  to Revise Your Listing page, make the desired changes and press "Revise,"  the page just reloads to Revise Your Listing again.   All the changes I just made remain in the Description field, but the listing does not update.    It does not close and showing the "Your Listing Has Been Revised" message.  

I should note this only happens when I make changes in the Description field using the "More Options" button.   If I make a revision to the Gallery photos, or scheduling time, price, etc., the page updates in the normal way.
