Can't list my ad draft

I have a pending ad that is ready to list but every time I try to list it using the "List it" button, I get a screen saying Ebay is experiencing technical difficulties.  This happened yesterday and today.  I have tried in two different browsers, Firefox and Edge.  What gives?

I am having the same problem. I have several draft listings ready to go but can't list them because I am getting a message saying eBay is having "technical difficulties".
