Anytime I try to list my item it takes me to the page that says, "We looked everywhere"
It's been at least a couple weeks since I last tried with the same error, this is really unfortunate for me because I really need to sell my items.

I only get that photo when ebay has removed a listing.
Are you clicking on SELL at the top of the screen?
Have you completed the following:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Seller account
Do you have an Automatic payment method specified to pay your ebay fees?
Do you have a Backup payment method specified?
Is your business or premier Paypal account linked to your ebay account?
Did you register your bank account?
Those are the only things I can suggest right now.
